About

Suzanne Weathers is the founder and principal of Weathers & Associates Consulting. With over 20 years in the tax industry, she found her passion in tax controversy—an area where she thrives by helping people find clarity and solutions during some of their most financially stressful moments.

“When I decided to open my own practice, I knew we had to be different. The mission was aspirational, but it came from a deeply held belief that it could be done—and done better.”

Now approaching its 10-year anniversary, Weathers & Associates continues to build on that mission: looking beyond the numbers to see the individual, and prioritizing the financial well-being of our clients and community.

“Stepping out on my own was both terrifying and incredibly rewarding. What made all the difference was finding associates who share that same long-term commitment to our clients.”

Weathers & Associates primarily provides tax resolution services for individuals and businesses, along with tax preparation. The firm also offers outsourced support to local accounting and financial services firms—including CPAs, bookkeepers, and financial advisors—who need expert assistance with tax controversy cases but don’t have an in-house team.
