LET'S TALK TAXES
Which is the Right Workshop for You?
This program is offered in two formats, each designed around how tax responsibility is structured and evaluated.
Some tax issues are handled at the individual level, where responsibility rests with the taxpayer who files a personal return, even if income comes from self-employment. Other situations involve business or payroll tax obligations, where the responsibility for filing and paying taxes may extend beyond the individual to a business entity or to individuals responsible for payroll tax reporting.
The distinction is important because business and payroll tax matters involve additional rules and potential responsibilities that are different from those affecting individual income taxes. In particular, businesses that run payroll or file entity tax returns may also encounter payroll tax liabilities or trust fund assessments, which require a different level of explanation and planning.
The two workshops below are designed to address these differences so participants receive information that is accurate, relevant, and applicable to their situation.
