BEFORE WORKSHOP:

Client survey – please complete in exacting detail - notification sent via email requiring you sign into your secure client portal.

Once Client Survey is completed, IRS Form 8821 will be sent via your secure client portal for signature.
DAY OF WORKSHOP

Enter the parking lot on the east side of the intersection at Washington & Riverside (331 W Riverside Ave Parking, Lot #B281)

Display the pre-paid parking permit provided to the primary registrant only on dashboard.

One parking permit is provided per household or business.

Lunch stipend is included for all attendees.
