BEFORE WORKSHOP:

Client survey – please complete in exacting detail - notification sent via email requiring you sign into your secure attendee portal.

Once Client Survey is completed, IRS Form 8821 will be sent via a your secure portal for signature.
DAY OF WORKSHOP

Enter the parking lot on the east side of the intersection at Washington & Riverside (331 W Riverside Ave Parking, Lot #B281)

Display the pre-paid parking permit provided to the primary registrant only on dashboard.

One parking permit is provided per household or business.

Lunch stipend is included for all attendees.
